Elliott's Bistro. Located on Douglas quayside
water		 On the vibrant North Quay in Douglas, Elliotts Bistro has quickly made its mark. The team behind it, Ian Elliott and Debra (‘Debs’) Fudge, have several decades of expertise and knowledge in hospitality and catering across the UK and Europe. Ian has previously run a hotel with several restaurants while Debs’ experience has spanned restaurants, bars and corporate hospitality for prominent clients.

While Ian is front-of-house, Debs runs the open kitchen. At the heart of Debs’ cooking is an insistence quality and simply great ingredients. She proudly acknowledges that her inspirations are her own mother and grandmother, and while she loves to experiment with different flavours and fusions, excellent food ‘from scratch’ is her watchword.

 Elliotts Bistro offers an a la carte menu (available at lunchtimes and evenings) and a wide selection of daytime favourites; there is also a bite-sized lunchtime menu for children. On an outstanding a la carte menu, Debs’ signature dish gives you a flavour of what to expect: ‘Debs’ Special Steak Dinner for Two’ is a whole prime beef rib served at the table, with a salad, a medley of mixed peppers, mushrooms and onions. Our excellent selection of steaks can always be found on our evening menu. Debs has an especial flair for creating delectable sauces, so whatever you choose will be perfectly complemented. The specials board will change occaisonally but always includes inventive vegetarian options, and fresh fish and seafood dishes.
 
Ian and Debs, originally from Ramsgate, have brought their seaside influences from coast to coast, creating a bright and welcoming environment with stripped pine, white walls and splashes of colour. There is also al fresco seating for balmy summer days. It’s the ideal setting for a private party or function and Debs is only too happy to cater for both. Whatever the occasion it is advisable to book as space is often limited.
