Island Seafare Ltd was established in 1991, specifically to process King and Queen scallops fished from the clear waters surrounding the Isle of Man. In 1999 we opened our second factory to concentrate on the preparation of a wide range of fresh fish, seafood and the finest smoked salmon available. In addition to supplying the local retail and restaurant trade we can now offer our expanded product range through our mail order service. We want to share with you what the trade has enjoyed for years; the highest quality smoked salmon and the freshest fish and shellfish delivered direct to your door from the producer.

We launched our mail order service to the UK consumer in 1999. It has proven very popular mainly because we can supply a first class product that hasn't had to pass through the usual supply chain, which of course takes time. At first people were sceptical of receiving seafood by mail order, but we have proved that our chilled packaging delivered to your door by noon the next day the quality in no way suffers. Our vacuum packaging is ideal for home freezing so you do not have to eat everything all at once.

Natural fishing grounds surround the Isle of Man, which enables our fleets to go out in the morning and land their catch the same evening. The result is an end product that is of the highest quality of freshness available.
