There are 'Tex Mex' accents through the rest of the extensive menu – try Loaded Nachos for a starter, Chill Con Carne or an authentic Chicken Burrito - but plenty more besides: the choice is wide without being bewildering! There is a range of hot and cold starters and delicious pasta, fish, chicken and vegetarian main courses - including traditional fare and Mediterranean-influenced dishes - as well as many salads and side orders. We also have specials, regularly updated on our blackboard – don't forget to have a look.
All food is prepared in a kitchen which overlooks the main seating area. We're proud of our excellent standards and want you to have every confidence in them. We're also proud of our consistency at the Ranch – owner Trish has been at the helm for the last ten years and has remained completely dedicated to serving great food at reasonable prices. She is happy to cater for different tastes and dietary requirements and always urges diners to ask for something if it doesn't appear on the menu.
It's little wonder that the Ranch is perennially popular with parties large and small. We cater for all kinds of occasions and provide a highly versatile venue, with seating on the ground floor for up to 96 guests and a 'party room' downstairs with room to accommodate a further 40 diners. As well as an extensive range of wines, spirits and beers, an appealing menu of classic cocktails and alcoholic milkshakes will help any special occasion go with a swing. Our central location (merely yards from Douglas promenade and a short walk to main bars in town) makes the Ranch the ideal venue if you're planning on making a night of things.
