½ cup vanilla protein powder
¾ cup natural chunky peanut butter
¼ cup instant non-fat dry milk
¼ cup honey
¼ tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (for rolling)
Ready in 30 minutes – makes 23 1” balls
- Combine all ingredients, except cocoa powder, in a large bowl and mix until thoroughly combined.
- Place dough in the fridge for about 20 minutes to harden up a bit, if needed.
- Using a melon ball scoop, scoop dough into balls.
- Roll in cocoa powder.
- Store in airtight container and keep in the fridge until needed.
