Ballakerka Plantation

Ballakerka is in Sulby and adjoins the Ohio Plantation. It is set on very steep South and West facing slopes with rocky outcrops. Consisting of 38 hectares, it is a visually important plantation with mixed conifers. It was planted in 1952 and 1962. The Western face is planted up with Scots Pine.
