Lhargan Plantation

The Lhargan, adjacent to Arrasey Plantation is prominent within Glen Rushen.
It is a plantation of 42 hectares on steep slopes emerging from a heather check which has given it a ten year delay.

It was planted between 1977 and 1978 although 12 hectares were left unstocked.
