My target is to win a medal in the Double Trap event.

How does being on the Glasgow 2014 Support Programme help you?
I get help with physiotherapy. I have benefited from nutritional advice which gave me more consistency over a full day of competition. There are workshops and helpful courses from Olympians.

What do the Commonwealth Games mean to you?
For me the Games are the absolute pinnacle of Isle of Man sport. The Commonwealth Games is the highest level that you can achieve wearing the Three Legs of Man. It is the ultimate goal of all my planning and training.
