Multiple entrance ramps give access to the property and a passenger lift is installed to assist all floors.
There are three large lounges on the ground floor. One is a spacious TV lounge, another, a cosy ‘quiet’ space. There is a further large designated smoking lounge. All lounges have splendid views over the extensive terrace and gardens. The garden floor accommodates a large dining room which is catered for by a full time chef and support staff.
There is room for a maximum of thirty one residents in private rooms of various sizes. Two of the larger bedrooms officially qualify as double bedrooms and can accommodate couples who wish to share.
There are twenty nine bedrooms; all are centrally heated, double glazed, have TV and satellite connection points and are all equipped with a call button. Every bedroom has an en-suite W.C. facility. Five bedroom en-suites accommodate a bath/ shower. There are four communal bath/ shower rooms equipped with hoists and a specially adapted walk-in shower room; as well as numerous lavatories around the property.
