'Business Bites' sessions to help people succeed at business

People on the Isle of Man are being urged to attend a new series of breakfast sessions in a bid to succeed at business.

MannBenham is hosting ten ‘Business Bites’ sessions at the Eagle Lab in Douglas.

The first, on January 22nd, will see marketing experts discuss ‘Big Fish in Little Ponds’ – other topics include social media, insolvency and what to look for when taking on a business partner.

Each breakfast session will start at 8:00am with drinks and croissants, followed by a twenty-minute presentation concluded with a question and answer session.

Miles Benham from MannBenham says: "As one of the leading legal practices on the Island we are delighted to be putting on this series of short talks across the first half of this year.

"Our idea is to make them as accessible as possible to everyone, so have put them at the beginning of the day before many start work and are free of charge.

"To get the full benefit of these quick-fire Business Bites we want to encourage as much participation as possible so that everyone receives the full benefit of our speakers and their experience.

"We have a full agenda up until the TT at the end of May, so please keep an eye out for the next event in February on ‘debt collection, and how to sue without a lawyer and the enforcement of judgments’ – we look forward to seeing you there, everyone is more than welcome to come along."
