All set for Cooish 2012!

Manx language and culture will be celebrated throughout next week in this year's Cooish.

The annual event which begins on Sunday (October 7) aims to raise awareness of the language and showcases music and literature from the Island's culture.

Included in the events are lectures, concerts and classes for beginners.

Adrian Cain, the Manx Language Development Officer for the Manx Heritage Foundation, says there has been some exciting projects just completed in Manx and more to come in future.
