Douglas fly the flag

by isleofman.com 3rd September 2011

It was left to Douglas to keep the Manx end up in the opening game of the season and they did in style, winning 24-0 away at Ellesmere Port, picking up a winning bonus point in the process.

Will Latta was the star of the show for Douglas picking up a hat-trick of tries, two in the first half and one in the second.

Tom Quayle also crossed for Douglas to secure the bonus point and Snellgrove added a second conversion to round off an impressive opening day performance.
