RAMSEY'S Sure Strike Bowling & Leisure Centre, in association with 3FM, has announced the launch of its bowling leagues. There are a variety of leagues for all ages and abilities.
The weekly schedule includes:-
Monday
• Pensioners League – ages 65 and over
• Pepsi Young Bowlers Club Junior League – ages 6-16
• Cable & Wireless Business League – teams of employees from local companies
Tuesday
• Pepsi Young Bowlers Club Junior League – ages 6-16
• Tower Insurance Premier League – experienced bowlers
Thursday
• Beginners League – ages 18 and over
Sunday
• Sure Strike Staff League – staff only
Also beginning in September is the ‘Sure Wednesday 9 Pin Tap’. On any Sure Wednesday, Sure customers will automatically get a strike when they score a 9.
At the end of the evening the top scorer will be entered into a monthly draw for the chance to win a Sure voucher worth £100.. This is in addition to the half price bowling for Sure customers on a Wednesday.
