Cash and jewellery have been seized by police at addresses in the Island in raids forming part of a money laundering investigation, it's been revealed.
The majority of the raids were carried out in the north west of England, on two properties in Wigan and one each in Buxton and Whaley Bridge.
Details of which two properties in the Isle of Man was targeted, or who owns them, have not been released.
Detective Inspector Mark Bates said: 'This is an ongoing investigation which saw several warrants carried out simultaneously.'
