A WIDE selection of Manx businesses exhibited at the Food and Drink Festival in September.
Hundreds of visitors enjoyed sampling produce made in the Isle of Man and saw a range of cookery demonstrations in the Manx Food Theatre in the Villa Marina Gardens.
Everything from ice cream, cream liqueurs, honey, bread and fresh local meat was on display.
The businesses exhibiting included Roberto’s Gelateria - producers of Manx ice cream - and Ballarock who make the liqueur Celtic Mist and Basking Shark Rum.
The Isle of Man Beekeepers' Federation sold locally produced honey and products made from beeswax while Faye Christian of Faye Christian Ceramics sold hand made tableware and studio pottery. She also offered visitors the chance to have a go at creating their own piece.
