Heritage officials baffled by attack on wheel

Manx National Heritage says it's baffled at the motivation of vandals who have sprayed graffiti on one of the Island's best-known structures.

The letters TXS have been daubed on the Laxey Wheel by vandals who broke into the attraction late last week.

Police have appealed for anyone with information to contact them.

It's unusual for national monuments on the Island to be targeted in this way, but MNH officer Kate Hawkins says someone has been determined to make their mark:
