Royal London 360° is delighted to announce it will continue as sponsor of the TT Superstock race in 2010.
The company has supported the TT Superstock race since 2004 (under its previous guise as Scottish Life International).
Royal London 360°’s continuing support of the legendary road race demonstrates its commitment to, and investment in, its Manx roots.
The company’s staff are delighted to be associated with the TT and some have a personal association: Technical Manager Neil Chadwick has achieved a number of Top 10 finished in the Lightweight 250cc event, while Finance and Commercial Director Mike Crellin, retired from racing at the end of the 2008 season after achieving a number of Top 30 Superbike race finishes during his ten year career.
The Royal London 360° TT Superstock race is arguably one of the most exciting in the event calendar, with race machines being tested to the limit during the four-lap, 151 mile event.
History was made during the 2009 Royal London 360° TT Superstock race when newcomer, Jenny Tinmouth, became the fastest woman ever to lap the Mountain Course at an average speed of 116.483mph.
Ian Hutchinson, saw off an incredible challenge from Guy Martin, which at one point saw them separated by just 0.05 seconds, to come home in first place. Keith Amor finished in third.
Jenny Tinmouth commented, "It is great that Royal London 360° will be supporting the 2010 TT Superstock race. The event would not be able to run or maintain such a high profile image without the company’s support. I hope I can make it another great result next year!"
Minister for the Isle of Man Department of Tourism and Leisure Martyn Quayle MHK, is pleased that Royal London 360° has re-affirmed its commitment to TT 2010: "The support of companies like Royal London 360° is vital to the effective running of the TT every year.
"As well as lending its support to the Superstock race, Royal London 360° is able to benefit from the worldwide profile that the TT receives. This has been an incredibly successful partnership since 2004 and I am sure it will be again in 2010."
Royal London 360° Finance and Commercial Director Mike Crellin commented, "I am delighted that we will be sponsoring the Royal London 360° TT Superstock event in 2010.
"The Isle of Man is probably best known for its thriving finance centre and the TT, so this is a great partnership for us and demonstrates our commitment to the Island and the Manx community."
As the international division of the Royal London Group, Royal London 360° offers a broad range of offshore investment, savings and tax planning products to investors based around the world.
