by isleofman.com 19th August 2009

Police are on the lookout for vandals who broke into a building site and damaged a number of construction vehicles.

It happened overnight on Monday, at the new school site near Heywood Park in Onchan.

Officers from the Eastern Neighbourhood Policing Team say the vehicles were secured in a fenced compound, which the offenders broke through to get to the vehicles.

If you know anything about this, particularly if you noticed suspicious activity around The Nook, call Onchan Police Station on 675190.
