Ban dogs from Peel beaches, says commissioner

A tougher stance on dog by-laws - that's what a Peel Commissioner wants to see in the town.

Rodger Gimbert wants a total ban on people walking their dogs on the beach in the summer season.

At the moment, people are allowed to walk their pets before 9am and after 9pm between May and September.

But Mr Gimbert says that's not good enough.
