Fylde Flyers are here!

by isleofman.com 18th August 2009

Forty cyclists from Lancashire are peddling round the Manx countryside on a whistle stop tour of the Island today (Tuesday).

The Fylde Flyers are on a return visit after a highly popular tour last year – today’s outing was oversubscribed on the day it was announced.

Making use of a day trip on the Snaefell, they headed out at 1pm today and will be sailing back to Fleetwood later this evening.

Setting off from the Sea Terminal this club member said they were all looking forward to hitting the road and had already planned their route.
