It's time to put an end to disagreements over the Western Civic Amenity and work together.
So says Local Government Minister John Shimmin after Tynwald last night voted to spend ?620,000 on extending the site.
It took the court more than three hours to reach a decision about the plans, with many members saying the current system in place at the site, which is affectionately known as Harrods, worked very well.
There were some concerns that changing the way the service operated would be complicated, and discourage people from recycling and reusing.
