Houses next to Ginger Hall?

by isleofman.com 11th September 2013
A landmark pub on the TT course could soon have neighbours – if a planning application from an Irish developer is approved.

Frank Sweeney has applied to build five detached houses with garages next to the Ginger Hall pub.

The entrance to the site would run from Carrick Park rather than onto the TT course directly.

You can find out more about the application, and make comments, on the government’s website gov.im
