Legco should be retained, says MP

by isleofman.com 10th March 2014
The Island should retain the Legislative Council.
That's the belief of the deputy leader of the UK Liberal Democrat Party and MP for Gordon Sir Malcolm Bruce.
Sir Malcolm, who has been on the Island over the weekend, says he was very impressed with the thoroughness with which the Island's legislative programme is delivered, compared to Scotland where there is just one chamber.
Speaking on Manx Radio, he said the Island should think carefully before making any changes to the upper houseClip 1
