Douglas town hall was among sites included in Manx National Heritage’s 2014 open day programme. Visitors had the opportunity to tour the foyer, council chamber and committee room and meet Douglas Mayor and Mayoress Stan and Sheila Cain.
The programme offers open access or guided tours to properties, lands and displays usually closed to the public or for which admission is normally charged.
