Local student Charlotte Barham's hard work paid off as she has been notified of "outstanding" success in her ACCA examination, which she took in December last year.

She achieved the second-highest mark worldwide for the five professional level papers.

To recognise her achievements ACCA are awarding her a Silver medal, ?400 in prize money and a Certificate of Merit.
