Island company makes Sunday Times list

Isle of Man based, has been named one of the best places to work in the UK.

The Sunday Times has placed the company at number seven in the list of 100 best small companies to work for.

The ranking is based on feedback surveys where staff are asked to rate their employer across a wide range of areas including pay, conditions, teamwork, leadership and wellbeing.

The Best Companies lists are the UK’s leading assessment of workplace engagement and have been conducted annually since 2001.

It is the second time in two years that has appeared in the prestigious line-up.

Last year the company was ranked at number 14., which was benchmarked against more than 742 small businesses seeking accreditation, achieved the following remarkable results:

    • 96% of employees feel proud to work at
    • 93% believe they are making a valuable contribution
    • 95% are inspired by CEO Dan Craddock
    • 96% believe that employees exemplify company values

More than 100 people work at’s company headquarters in Douglas, Isle of Man.

“We really, really, do work hard but one thing that rings true for all our employees is you get back what you put in.”
