Hello - this is Mark Keen. Since 2007 it has been my pleasure to deliver the Allen Carr Easyway to Stop Smoking and Vaping Seminars in the Isle of Man.

However, after 20 years running such seminars all over the world, it is time for me to retire as an Allen Carr Therapist.

Therefore - sadly, this September will see the last seminar in Douglas - on the 14th September. So I am mentioning this early, so that as many people as possible will have access to it. I don't intend to let anyone down or turn anyone away, but it will be first come, first served.
