Between 7pm Saturday and 7am Sunday 26th September 2010 a window was damaged at Utopia Hair Salon, Castlemona Shops, Central Promenade, Douglas. It is believed this damage has occurred overnight. Police are keen to speak with anyone in the area at this time who may have information regarding this. It is a popular place to congregate following a night out, so it is hoped that someone will have seen or heard something in relation to this. If this is the case, Police would like to encourage them to come forward with any information they may have. ENDS --------------------------------------------------------- Police are investigating an incident which occurred between 3.15am and 3.45am in the morning of Saturday 25th September 2010. The incident involved two males fighting outside the Istanbul takeaway on Castle Street Douglas. Police believe that there were a large number of people present at the time who may be able to assist them with their enquires, if you have any information you are urged to contact PC 277 GIDDENS or any police officer on 631212 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111. ENDS --------------------------------------------------------- Between 12:50am and 7:45am on Friday 24th September 2010 damage has been caused to a distinctive yellow Ford Fiesta while it was parked on Port-e-Chee Avenue, Douglas. A scratch has been caused to the vehicle’s body work on the nearside which has extended from the petrol filler cap to the front passenger door. The scratch appears to have been caused by a sharp pointed article. Anyone who has any useful information is asked to contact Police Headquarters or any police officer. Ends
