Alliance & Leicester International provide Champagne Reception to Cystic Fibrosis Summer Ball Santander’s local savings subsidiary, Alliance & Leicester International, gave an added sparkle to the recent 65 Roses Ball held by the local branch of the Cystic Fibrosis Trust by providing a champagne reception for the guests at the fundraising event. The event, held at Mount Murray Hotel, raised over ?11,000 for the charity which raises funds to support research into the causes of the illness. George Campbell, Community Affairs Manager of Alliance & Leicester International said “We were delighted to be able to help the local branch of the Cystic Fibrosis Trust by providing the champagne reception at their recent ball. We appreciate the costs of putting on such events and hope that our contribution has allowed the charity to maximise on the funds raised.” Anthony Page from the 65 Roses Ball organising committee added “We are extremely grateful for the very kind and generous support from Alliance & Leicester International.
