Police are requesting for witnesses to an act of criminal damage towards a car tyre which has been punctured by what appears to be a knife. This damage occurred between 21:00 Sunday 5th September and 11:00 Monday 6th September in the area of Lhon Dhoo Close, Onchan. If you saw anything which might be able to help with the inquiry please contact Constable 386 Kyle SAYERS at Braddan Police Station on 852999 or 697327. -------------------------------------------------- At around 9pm on Thursday 2nd September 2010 a road traffic incident has occurred at Guthrie’s Corner, Onchan. This incident involved a Manx registered black coloured Volkswagen Golf motor vehicle which was travelling in the direction of Douglas from the Creg-Ny-Baa. Police are very keen to locate and speak to other drivers of vehicles in this area at the time that may have seen this vehicle and in particular the driver of a black coloured Mitsubishi Evo which has been identified in the same area and could be a possible witness to this incident. If you where driving along this stretch of road at this time or know someone who was, and have any information in relation to a Black VW Golf being driven along this road then please contact any police station or ring Police Headquarters. ENDS. ------------------------------------------------ The following vehicle has been taken without the owner’s consent from the car park of the Villa Marina, Douglas sometime between 8.40 pm Saturday 4th September 2010 and 2.25am Sunday 5th September 2010 A Silver SKODA FABIA motor car reg. No. FMN533P. Should the vehicle be seen please could members of the public contact the Police with it’s location Ends ----------------------------------------------- Between 7pm and 10pm on Friday 3rd August 2010 several cars have been vandalised in Circular Road, Douglas. It appears the vandal has used a sharp implement to scratch multiple panels on each car. Towards the end of Circular Road the offender has entered the car park which is adjacent to the traffic lights and has continued to vandalise cars parked there. The police are appealing for anybody with any information to come forward. If anybody has information please contact PC 152 Corran at Lord Street Police Station on 631212. Ends
