Project 21 to hold Art Exhibition and Charity Auction

Charity Project 21 is renowned for its excellent work within the community, the charity runs a centre for the local disabled community (physical and mentally). The property located on Greenfield Road, Douglas holds facilities for many of the other islands charities to use which include Manx Mencap, Isle of Man Gateway Club, Isle of Man Special Olympics, Down Syndrome (IOM) and Autism in Mann. Project 21 hold a number of events each year, there newest event is an Art Exhibition & Charity Auction. The Art will be produced by the students of Ballakermeen High School and the Isle of Man College in full time education then auctioned off. The event is kindly being sponsored by Investment Interest Management Ltd and wouldn’t be possible without the support of the team at The Sefton Hotel. During the day Charity Christmas Cards in aid of Project 21 and Ballakermeen High School Art Department will be available to order. They will feature art by the schools student and your own personalised message can be included inside. The exhibition will be open to the public for viewing from 12pm till 5pm; entrance is free although donations are very welcome on Thursday 7th October at The Sefton Hotel on Douglas Promenade. The auction will be hosted by Geoff Corkish MHK; entry is by invitation only but feel free to contact admin@project21iom.com or call Sharon on 214841 to be included on the guest list. - Ends -
