Between 7pm on Friday 8th October and 10am on Saturday 9th October a Mercedes motor car parked on Princes Avenue has been subjected to an act of vandalism in which numerous deep scratches have occurred in the bodywork of the vehicle. The police are appealing for anybody with any information to come forward. If anybody has information please contact PC 277 GIDDINS at Lord Street Police Station on 631212. ENDS ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Police are keen to locate two teenage girls who have been reported as missing from their homes since Saturday 9th October. Georgiana Leece, 13 and Natasha Fuller, 14 have not been seen since about 11:35am on Saturday the 9th of October 2010. Police believe that the girls are together and stress that they are concerned because of their ages and "vulnerability". It is thought that they are possibly in the Ramsey area and anyone who has seen them is asked to contact police on 631212. Georgiana is described as 5ft 6in tall, with dark brown shoulder length hair. She is of slim build and was last seen wearing a red and white striped top, a hooded cardigan and blue jeans. Natasha is 5ft 6in, with dark brown shoulder length hair and of slim build and was last seen wearing blue top, a black and white zipped coat and grey jogging bottoms. A police spokesman said: "We wish to stress that neither of the girls is in any trouble and we are simply concerned for their welfare due to their vulnerability, age and the fact that they have been missing for over 48 hours."
