Printing giant Epson is showing its commitment to the business community of the Island with the appointment of Onchan-based suppliers Bigfish as service provider and reseller for the international brand. “This means we can service and support all Epson large format printers, audio visual and office devices on the Island,” said Bigfish sales and marketing director Debs Gwinnell. She added: “This is not only a significant accolade for Bigfish but one which amounts to a vote of confidence in the Isle of Man and its thriving design and print community. We will be able to undertake all warranty work without Epson having to fly in engineers in to carry it out which makes for a more efficient service operation.” Ms Gwinnell said that all engineers at Bigfish are fully trained to service the increasingly sophisticated Epson products, including managing director Geoff McCann.
