A Hop tu Naa ‘Spooktacular’ for children is to take place at the Henry Bloom Noble Library on October 27 from 1030 to 1130am featuring a fiendish frenzy of spooky stories, creepy crafts and awesome activities. And wannabe witches and gruesome ghouls are asked to bring along their home-made Hop tu Naa hats to enter into the Best Hat competition.
