C&S Joinery A v PWC MG Rubies
It was full power from the word go as C&S Joinery A beat bottom of the table Manx Gems Rubies 50-28 in the Premier division.
Erin Whelan got C&S off to a cracking start with a string of good shots, but Rubies fought hard to stay in the game. The speed became too much in the end as C&S pushed ahead to an unbridgeable gap.

C&S Joinery C v Fencibles A
No team could find the breakthrough in this Second Division clash as Fencibles A nudged past C&S Joinery C 26-22.
With most points scored on the counter attack defence was key in this match. C&S looked to have the upper hand early on but once mistakes crept into their game Fencibles broke ahead. Fencibles are beginning to build a lead in the league along with Emeralds who also played on Sunday.

Toomraiders v Ballasalla B
In this high scoring encounter the momentum never really favoured anyone Toomraiders came through with a three goal difference as they beat Ballasalla B 43-40.
Balla had the better start but failed to convert their early chances giving Toomraiders the space they needed to open the scoring. The pressure to win showed and unforced errors by both teams were more frequent than they should have been. Despite some good play Balla will be disappointed to lose their third consecutive league match.

Fencibles B v Ashley Allstars
Ashley Allstars showed their younger counterparts how to do it on Sunday with a convincing 41-24 victory over Fencibles B.
With a great show from the shooters Ashley’s seemed to convert almost every centre in to a goal and barely missed a shot. Fencibles didn’t let them run away with it defending well and taking their own chances in the circle.

Ballasalla A v Thompson Travel A
There was no stopping Ballasalla A as they romped to their third victory this season beating Thompson Travel convincingly 61-23.
It all started very closely with neither team finding the net easily, but as Thompson began to tire Balla just ramped up the pace. Goals seemed to be stacking up at the Balla end while Thompson struggled to keep up. Ballasalla stay top of the table going in to the half-term break.

Missfits v C&S Joinery B
Missfits gave themselves more breathing space at the top of division one as the stamped their authority on second place C&S Joinery B by winning 51 goals to 39..
Missfits maintained the speed from start to finish and slowly ground down the opposition. C&S were able to keep up with the leaders for most of the match, but as the game entered the fourth quarter they lost momentum.
