Police are bringing to the attention of motorists in the Peel area that a vehicle has been reported as having a number of nails located in its tyres. The owner of the vehicle reported that over the past two weeks, a number of metal nails have been located within the vehicle tyres. Police do not believe that the damage is deliberate, but are warning motorists to remain vigilant as it is possible that a large quantity of nails may be located on the roads in the Peel area. ENDS
