Police in Douglas are investigating an incident that has occurred in Hillberry Green, Douglas on the morning of Wednesday 3rd November 2010. It has been reported that an unknown male was at the side of the road committing an indecent act on himself. The male is described as being a white male in his late 20’s/early 30’s, about 5’9” tall with short brown hair. He was of very slim build and possibly had bad skin on his face. The police would ask anyone with information regarding this incident to contact PC Keeling, at Lord Street Police Station. ENDS
