The Southern Neighbourhood Policing Team are investigating incidents of minor damage that have occurred in the public toilets situated off Station Road, Port Erin and also to the toilets situated in Shore Road, Port Erin. Over the last two weekends persons unknown have caused damage to the sanitary fittings. Toilet paper has been used to block the toilets and rubbish has been strewn about the premises. Police are asking for anybody who has any information regarding this matter to contact Port Erin Police Station on 832222 or anonymously via the Crimestoppers number 0800 555 111. ENDS -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Isle of Man Constabulary are advising members of the public that there are currently a number of fake Manx ?20 notes in circulation. From information available they would not appear to be of a good quality and should be identifiable if a little care is used when coming into possession of ?20 notes. One note was actually found to have the same printing on both the front and reverse. Persons coming into possession of one of the notes should contact their local police station or any police officer. If anyone has any information which may assist in identifying the person(s) responsible, they are also asked to contact any police officer. ENDS
