This week saw some competing across the wet stuff and some staying home to do the Vegas round firstly the home crew three PB this week coming from Charlotte George who seems to be in the form of her life putting a massive 31 points, Adam Wright puts in another impressive shoot and puts a good 17 points and the third coming from Pauline Hustings this being her first full round. Gents Recurve Tony Hartley 60 14 515 Colin Moore Retired Ladies Recurve Charlotte George 60 25 550 PB31 Gents Compound Allan George 60 11 546 Portsmouth round Ladies Compound Aalin George 60 34 574 Kirsten George 60 10 547 Ladies Recurve Pauline Hustings 42 0 218 PB Junior Recurve Adam Wright 60 2 445 PB17 Bradley Layton 54 4 334 Six club members travelled to the Northern Counties Archery Society (NCAS) indoor championships hosted by Wakefield Archers and picked up a couple prizes with Charlotte Harris picking up the coveted NCAS under 12 ladies recurve title even though she was disappointed with her score and Joy Gough picks up the last step on the podium even with a miss. Gents Compound Peter Mumford 60 29 569 Ladies Compound Joy Gough 59 17 547 NCAS 3rd Ladies Compound Ladies Recurve Anne Rutland 60 13 515 Barbara Harris 60 9 485 Junior Gents Recurve Chris Holmes 60 6 482 Junior Ladies Recurve Charlotte Harris 50 5 300 NCAS under 12 Recurve Champion Next Sundays round is a Worcester scratch league at Onchan Community Sports Hall and the start times are 10am setup for a 10:30 start morning shoot and 1:30 for 2pm start afternoon shoot and as from this week Monday night shooting is back with 7:30pm for 8pm start.
