The Tynwald Christmas carol service will be held at the Church of St Mary of the Isle, Hill Street, Douglas on Thursday December 16. The President of Tynwald, the Hon Noel Cringle OBE MLC, invites members of the public and the local business community to join Members and Officers of Tynwald at the service which will begin at 1.05pm and feature the Tynwald choir and brass quintet Sheean Prash. A retiring collection in aid of St Mary of the Isle will be made and the service is expected to finish at approximately 2pm.
