Ramsey Incident

Following an incident at Ramsey Harbour on Thursday 25th November 2010 the police can confirm the identity of the deceased as Kenneth Richards aged 26 years old. Next of Kin have been informed as have Coroner of Inquests. There are no suspicious circumstances and police enquiries are continuing. Ends
