Around 1:50pm on Monday 29th November, two men in their 20s have been seen to trade several blows, whilst stood on the road outside Shoprite, on Chester Street, in Douglas. Concerned members of the public rang the police. Both males left the area prior to the police arriving. It would seem that the men are known to each other and this incident did not involve any 3rd party. It is not thought either man has been injured in this incident.
