Carer Penny Collier won a new mobile from Manx Telecom just after her old phone had broken. Penny, from Ballaugh, entered the Manx Telecom winning weekend competition on 3FM and won a Samsung i9000 Galaxy S. To win, entrants were asked to identify a photo of a famous city on the radio station’s website. Penny, who is a registered carer for her disabled mum, gave the correct answer of Las Vegas and was chosen as the winner. She visited Manx Telecom’s shop in Victoria Street, Douglas, to receive her prize from Manx Telecom’s Sales Consultant Kendra Hall. - ENDS -
