Bingo Boosts Funds For Junior Achievement Isle of Man

A charity Gala bingo evening in the Kursaal at the Palace Hotel, Douglas, attracted more than 80 players and raised ?1,065 for Junior Achievement Isle of Man. The Manx-registered charity, dedicated to helping the Island’s young people gain essential skills to help them when they leave full-time education, needs to raise ?300,000 annually to reach more than 4000 students. Development officer Tina Edge is looking to recruit a sub-committee to help with fundraising events.
