Peel Police are investigating a road traffic collision which occurred on the Peel Road, near to Greeba Castle on Saturday 4th December 2010 shortly before 7.00am. The accident involved a Blue Vauxhall Corsa which lost control and collided with a dry stone wall. Police would like to speak to the driver and passengers from the vehicle, and anyone who may have witnessed the accident, similarly anyone who may have seen a number of males leaving the area a short time later in a vehicle which was driven towards Ballacraine. Anyone who may have information that can assist the Police enquires are asked to contact PC 40 Traviss at Peel Police Station on 631551 or via e-mail Andrew.Traviss@gov.im ENDS ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A report of criminal damage has taken place to a department of infrastructure caravan that was parked at the entrance to Glen Wyllin campsite. The damage took place between the 1st and 3rd of December. If anyone has seen anything suspicious could they contact the police on 631554. Ends
