Adverse weather – rescheduled domestic waste collections Thursday December 16 and Friday December 17 in the Borough of Douglas In preparation for adverse weather conditions forecast to affect the Isle of Man later this week Douglas Borough Council’s waste management section has rescheduled this week’s Friday collections to take place this Thursday, December 16 In order to accommodate Thursday’s normal scheduled collections it is anticipated the rescheduled Friday’s rounds will begin after lunch on Thursday December 16. Householders for this week’s Thursday and Friday collections are requested to place their bins at the curtilage of their properties by 6am on Thursday December 16.
