During the week leading up to Christmas there’s an opportunity for office workers and shoppers to break off for a space from their hectic pre-Christmas schedule and take a fresh look at the world, and their lives within it, at this very special season of the year.

There will be a group of
ADVENT MEDITATION STATIONS
These allow you, the visitor, to think and respond to aspects of this season.
The meditations aren’t what you’d necessarily call religious – although they may challenge each of us with God’s presence in the world. But they are intended to bring you a moment of peace. That peace that is the shalom of God, which is his intention that you be whole, and fully able to live with yourself and your neighbour.

Finding the churches
? St German’s Peel is on Derby Road between the junctions with Atholl St and Albany Rd.
? St Mary’s Douglas is off Prospect Terrace between the jcns with Hill St and Mytle St.
? St Paul’s Ramsey faces onto the Market Place.
