Hooray for Buchan

by isleofman.com 21st December 2010
Hooray for Buchan: The Buchan School Pre-Prep Nativity took place earlier this month in the Chapel at King William’s College. Pictured are some of the 60+ children, dressed as stars, angels, animals, shepherds, camels and kings who took part in this special service. The service was led by Chaplain Father Huw Mordecai and attended by the school’s Headteacher Mrs Alison Hedley, the Principal Mr Martin Humphreys, the Bishop and parents. The service began with the P3 girls singing 'Once in Royal David's City' followed by the entertaining 'Wriggly Nativity'. Songs included 'Angels' and the children’s favourite 'Bumping up and down on a camel'. - Ends-
