Around 12am on Thursday 23rd December 2010 a number of males were seen to throw several plant pots and a supermarket style trolley into the Harbour on North Quay in Douglas. Constable Emily Perkins would like to hear from anyone who may have either witnessed this damage being caused or who may know the identity of those persons responsible. Information can either be provided by contacting the officer directly on 812234 or alternatively via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111, where information can be provided anonymously if preferred. ENDS -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Peel Police are investigating a road traffic collision which occurred on the Poortown Road, near to Ballig Bridge between Thursday 16th December 2010 and Sunday 19th December 2010. The accident involved an unidentified vehicle which appears to have lost control and collided with the wrought iron fence of Bridge House. Police would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed an accident at that location. Anyone who may have information that can assist the Police enquires are asked to contact PC 40 Traviss at Peel Police Station on 631551 or via e-mail Andrew.Traviss@gov.im ENDS
