Police are keen to identify a male person seen in the area of Derby Square, Douglas, approx, 5.15am This morning, Saturday 1st January 2011. The male person is described as being 5’10” tall, short dark hair, wearing light coloured track suit bottoms and a black coloured vest. The male person was seen to walk in the direction of Derby Road.
