Archery Report

This week Fita 18 round saw two up and coming archers hit personal best’s first one coming from Bradley Layton putting a massive 108 points on his score and Barbara Harris putting a respectable 21 points on hers. With some of the gents returning this week Tony Hartley headed the recurve discipline with young Chris Holmes picking up the runners up spot and injury struck Colin Moore taking the last spot on the podium. Charlotte George topped the ladies recurve again with Barbara Harris shooting well to take the runners up spot and Anne Rutland shooting with her new bow which still needs setup picks up the last spot on the podium. Another injury struck archer is Peter Mumford shooting just a hand full of points below his personal best and being the only gent’s compound archer this week. In the Ladies compound commonwealth games archer Sarah Rigby topped the discipline with Joy Gough picking up the runners up spot. In the junior ranks Bradley Layton puts in a fantastic shoot putting over a hundred points on his pb to top the discipline with Adam Wright picking up the runners up spot.
